Behavioral Research and Design Workshop, Lucknow India
In August 2014, I facilitated a workshop as design consultant with GRID Impact. We taught behavioral research and design to MicroSave, a financial inclusion consulting company. I led the human-centered design portion of the workshop, teaching a variety of tools for participants to take into the field to better understand their users.
I made a number of materials to teach the principles of behavioral economics, persona and scenario development, how to identify insights, prototype and test ideas.
Scenario Mapping helps gain a deeper understanding of the user experience.
Below is a selection of tools designed for the workshop.
